To construct the next phase of new homes we need to alter the road layouts on the estate. The first phase of these works will require the closure of the section of Marsh Drive that connects to Perryfield Way. Please see the plans below for further information.

This section of Marsh Drive will be closed from 12 April 2017 for approximately 10 – 12 weeks.

Whilst this section of the road is closed vehicle access to Marsh Drive will be via Borthwick Road. Borthwick Road will open to vehicle traffic on Tuesday 11 April 2017. To assist with vehicle and pedestrian movements during this period we will shortly be installing vehicle diversion signs.

During these works it will be necessary to make further alterations to the road network. Details of these changes will be provided in the April edition of the construction newsletter.
