We are currently reconfiguring some of the estate roads. The next phase of these works, which started at the end of June, will see the opening of a new estate road (Cross Street) to facilitate the temporary closure of the Marsh Drive/Marriotts Close junction.

Whilst the junction is closed, access to Marsh Drive will remain open from Borthwick Road. Access to Marriotts Close will be from the newly opened Cross Street, which will connect to Tyrell Way/ Moorhen Drive. These diversions will remain in place until the work is complete in July 2017.

To assist with vehicle and pedestrian movements during this period we will install diversion signs. Please see the plan below for further details. Prior to closing the junction we will reopen part of the Gadwall House/Bullfinch House resident car park.
