Planning applications have been submitted in stages.

Barratt Metropolitan LLP was granted an outline planning consent by Barnet Council for the regeneration of the estate in July 2013. Detailed designs of the next 216 homes (Phase 3A) were also approved at the same time.

Since then a Reserved Matters application for Phases 3B 3C has been submitted and approved.
