Following a public exhibition on the detailed plans for Phase 4 of the regeneration in September 2016, Barratt Metropolitan LLP submitted a Reserved Matters planning application for this phase on 22 December 2016.

 Phase 4 will deliver:

• 611 new homes, including 193 affordable, with associated landscaping

• A new play space area for children, in addition to the play areas within courtyards, as set out in the masterplan

• Pedestrian and vehicle improvements to the highways at The Broadway and surrounding roads

There is now a statutory consultation period with London Borough of Barnet where residents and stakeholders can submit comments on the application ahead of the Council’s decision in Spring 2017.
