Demolition works are expected to start at the end of April on the vacant properties at 11 – 98 Marriotts Close, 1 – 76 Franklin House and 1 – 32 Tyrell Way.

Demolition is likely to take 3 months. Once the properties are demolished we will begin the construction of the next phase of new homes. We will also construct a new public walkway from the Broadway to the Welsh Harp.
